Transaction Services Specialist - Milwaukee

Job summary
Under general supervision performs a variety of specialized and custom tasks to provide administrative support for a team of sales professionals.Maintain confidentiality of Sales Marketing Client and proprietary information and data in all communications Position requires in-depth knowledge of Sales and Marketing administrative operational policy procedure general business practices procedures.
Gather data materials from Research GIS brokers broker support teams assemble them into cohesive marketing materials Proof final marketing materials for grammar cadence writing style content accuracy Ensure that final materials are packaged delivered to brokers clients on timely basis Review marketing material specifications act as point contact liaison with centralized marketing analysis research groups coordinate completion submission financial marketing client specific property data incorporate customized property information packages Maintain knowledge deal progress provide updates broker deal pipelines Follow up occupancy dates revised installment due dates A/R team Prepare maintain accurate documents include Request Information Letter Intent Request Proposal Update maintain various information databases include client prospect databases Respond outside broker requests Coordinate mass mailings Create maintain purge files records real estate transaction files Provide informational assistance clients greeting directing telephone traffic scheduling appointments tours Meet clients listed properties conduct tours direction listing brokers Coordinate complex onsite meetings conferences travel arrangements Prepare update collate package reports instructed by team Perform administrative functions prepare communication required Prepare expense reports required May perform other duties assigned Qualifications Skills Education Experience High School diploma General Education Degree GED required years work related experience Associate degree Bachelor degree Marketing Graphic Design preferred Minimum years related work experience Real Estate Brokerage Sales Marketing Advanced Microsoft Office Suite PowerPoint Excel Internet research skills Demonstrates administrative support skills including appointment scheduling compose proof edit correspondence reports Organizational communication written oral telephone customer service strong attention detail essential position Problem solving decision-making analytical skills required Ability prioritize manage multiple tasks meet stringent deadlines WI Broker RE Sales Persons License required Working Conditions Normal working conditions absence disagreeable elements Note The statements herein intended describe general nature level work being performed employees are not constructive exhaustive list responsibilities duties skills required personnel classified Newmark Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration employment without regard race color religion sex including sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability protected Veteran Status applicable federal state local law
