    All Lines Technology has an immediate opening for a Cloud Engineer in Cranberry In this role, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our client's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and scalability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, present strategic insights, and drive impactful decisions.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Azure AD Management:

      • Administer and optimize MS Windows Server 2016/2019 and Azure AD environments.
      • Ensure efficient user provisioning, group management, and access controls.
      • Collaborate with security teams to enhance identity and access management.

    Exchange Server and Exchange Online:

      • Oversee MS Exchange Server and Exchange Online (Office 365) administration.
      • Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, and email routing.
      • Troubleshoot email-related issues and ensure high availability.

    Windows 10/11 Environment:

      • Maintain and enhance the MS Windows 10/11 compute environment.
      • Deploy updates, manage software configurations, and address end-user needs.
      • Implement security best practices for endpoints.

    Intune and Autopilot Deployment:

      • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device management.
      • Deploy devices using Autopilot for streamlined onboarding.
      • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless device provisioning.

    Jira and Confluence Administration:

      • Support Jira and Confluence users across the organization.
      • Customize workflows, create project spaces, and manage permissions.
      • Facilitate collaboration among development, operations, and project teams.

    Strategic Decision-Making:

      • Handle complex information spanning multiple departments.
      • Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
      • Influence strategic decisions related to overall company direction.

    Creative Problem Solving:

      • Address broad, abstract issues with company-wide impact.
      • Innovate and negotiate solutions using creativity and resourcefulness.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective problem-solving.

    Leadership and Resource Allocation:

      • Set the vision and priorities for major departments.
      • Develop policies and allocate resources effectively.
      • Oversee project assignments and ensure successful outcomes.

    NIST Compliance:

      • Familiarity with NIST requirements.
      • Implement security controls to protect sensitive data.
      • Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain adherence.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5-10 years' experience in a technical role
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.).
    • Proven experience in cloud engineering and administration.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
