We are looking for a Senior Transmission Line Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high voltage transmission line design, utility engineering design, and project management.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Transmission Line Engineering Manager will be to lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, construction, and maintenance of high voltage transmission lines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and working with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, construction, and maintenance of high voltage transmission lines
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Manage budgets and resources
• Coordinate with other stakeholders, including contractors, regulatory agencies, and landowners
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in high voltage transmission line design, construction, and maintenance
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software
