    Minimum 1+ years experience in special education required.

    ProCare Therapy is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Thorndale, PA.

    Job Overview: ProCare Therapy is searching for a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Thorndale, PA. This position involves providing support to a class working full-time hours.

    Compensation:

    • $25-$30 per hour
    • Weekly Pay
    • Benefits Included


    Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans
    • Assist with classroom activities and routines
    • Offer one-on-one support to the student with Autism
    • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure consistency in interventions
    • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress


    Requirements:

    • Valid RBT certification
    • Prior experience working with individuals with Autism preferred
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
