    We are actively seeking a Process Documentation and Support Specialist who will play a dual role in our organization, combining expert technical writing with proactive process support.

    You will be the go-to expert for understanding and articulating our business processes, and equally importantly, you will be pivotal in supporting and troubleshooting process-related challenges within the organization.

    Your role will be critical in ensuring that our teams are not only well-informed through your clear and precise documentation but also well-supported when process issues arise.

    By understanding the intricacies of our processes, you will help maintain operational continuity, identify areas for improvement, and assist in resolving issues swiftly and effectively.

    Your insights and support will be key in driving our continuous improvement culture, making this role essential to the smooth running and advancement of our business operations.

    Define and maintain a standard structure and format for standard work instructions, ensuring consistency and clarity across all processes.

    Develop video walkthroughs of system process steps, integrating these into the documentation for a multi-faceted learning approach.

    Work closely with the Internal Projects Analyst to incorporate new business processes and standards into our documentation framework.
    Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date with the latest process changes and improvements.


    Process Support and Triage:

    Serve as the primary support for internal process issues, leveraging your deep knowledge of the documented procedures to offer immediate assistance and resolution.

    Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
    Collaborate with the Internal Projects Analyst for comprehensive issue resolution when deeper process or system changes are required.
    Facilitate ongoing onboarding and training workshops on key business processes for new employees in the organization.

    Bachelor's Degree.
    ~4+ years experience in the commercial HVAC / Building Automation industry.

    Experience developing training documentation or curriculum.
