    The CNC Mill Machinist should be proficient in all aspects of CNC Milling Machining to include set-up, operating and editingDuties/Responsibilities:Maintains specifications by observing tooling; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; trouble shooting processes; adjusting controls; replacing worn tools.

    Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
    Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints and company operation sheets.
    Ability to use the Machine Control.
    Ability to set tools and enter offsets into Machine Control.
    Ability to follow set up instructions including setting up fixtures, vices, and rotaries.
    Troubleshoot and work directly with Programming and inspection to adjust CNC programs, as required.
    Use inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc. as required.
    Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability and lot control.
    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Machinist Working Conditions:
    Normal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts

    Physical Requirements:
    Must have ability to read applicable customer/Tell Tool documents with or without corrective lenses.

    Must be able to lift up to thirty (30) pounds or more on a regular basisMust be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time.
