The Opportunity
Kyndryl Consult is experiencing rapid growth and is vital to our strategic aims. In this leadership role, you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams as they navigate complex consulting engagements, guiding the development of strategic change agendas for Kyndryl's major accounts. As a Consulting Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our extensive capabilities to foster strong client relationships, and leading your team to achieve success. This role involves managing overall client engagement and ensuring high-quality deliverables in collaboration with senior client stakeholders. You will work in both pre and post-deal environments, focusing on planning implementation and supporting execution. Compensation:
The compensation range for this position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will vary depending on your skills and experience. For specific locations, the compensation ranges are as follows:
This position is eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus based on performance. You may also be part of a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental coverage, disability insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be offered a sales commission plan instead of the annual discretionary bonus program. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
