- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
- Light housekeeping if necessary.
- Photocopying, scanning, and faxing papers.
- Sending emails to appropriate people.
- Willingness to work at Clifton gym as well as Library.
- Regular attendance and punctuality is a requirement for this position.
- Demonstrated experience or knowledge in specified programs is preferred.
- Minimum age of 16 years old.
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Must pass a background check, drug/alcohol screening, and reference check.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Must provide excellent customer service and be attentive to visitors.

Position Description
GEOTEMPS, INC. is currently recruiting a YOUTH LIBRARY/Gym ASSISTANT for our valued client in Morenci, Arizona. A successful candidate will have the ability to accept a temporary position and work through the summer. Under the direction of the Supervisor, this individual will perform duties related to the successful operation of the Library / Enrichment Center and must be very up-beat, outgoing and comfortable interacting with visitors .
Additionally, the candidate will assist with Front Desk duties at the Library/Enrichment Center in the evenings/after school to allow current staff to focus on programming.
