Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time, per diem Certified Nursing Assistants. As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their private homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as directed by the Nurse Case Manager
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client care activities accurately and timely

Experience:
- Previous experience in private duty home health care is preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality is required

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies calmly

This position requires flexibility in scheduling as it involves working days, weekends, and holidays based on client needs.
