- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of maintenance components and equipment
- Excellent data entry skills

- Knowledge of stamping machines, specifically components and equipment is desired
- Shipping/Receiving experience in a plus
- The ability to push/pull/lift heavy boxes up to 50 pounds
- The ability to stand, walk, and bend
- The ability to climb stairs
- Notify vendors of any items that are past due.
- Uses EAM inventory module to create, modify, and update part numbers.
- Work with purchasing and accounts payable on inventory related issues
- Issue incoming product to appropriate charging information.
- Quote, and enter requisitions for spot buy items requested by employees.
- Perform appropriate cycle counts, as necessary.
- Assist employees and crib attendants with locating their items
- Attend the window to issue parts and items to employees.
- Update purchasing folder with correct due dates and pricing.
- Receive incoming orders.
- Issue parts and PPE in EAM to the appropriate department or Equipment.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
- Participate in, and support lean initiatives such as continuous improvement evens and problem solving events, identifying and eliminating all types of waste. Document cost savings, consolidate processes, and eliminate unnecessary operations.
- Consistently identifies and attempts to eliminate types of waste.
- Organizes and maintains work area to optimize productivity.
- Effectively communicate with co-workers and management personnel to enhance teamwork and communication initiatives.
- Provide necessary, accurate, and timely feedback of all pertinent information to co-workers and management.
- Consistently exhibit appropriate attendance habits, working the hours necessary to perform the job.
- Organize and maintain efficiency of personal work area.
- Consistently adhere to, and support, company policies and procedures, including ISO, IATF 16949, and safety regulations.
- Accept instructions and duties in a positive manner.
