HiI'm Jucelina, founder of a Pinterest Marketing agency from France.
I'm looking for someone who is autonomous, reliable, and quality-driven to support me on Pinterest — with one non-negotiable priority: a minimalist, aesthetic, premium look.
I mainly work with e-commerce brands (e.g., Etsy, Shopify — physical or digital products).The goal:
visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions, with clean and consistent execution.
What I'm looking for (Pinterest + e-commerce)
You're comfortable with the full Pinterest ecosystem, including:
SEO:
keyword research, optimizing profiles/boards/pins, structure
- Pin creation: design + variations + copy (EN/FR is a plus) with an ecommerce mindset (USP, intent, CTA)
- Templates: creating/adapting templates (Canva or other tools) with a minimalist / clean / premium style
- Boards: organization, visual consistency, growth strategy
- Scheduling & content calendar: cadence, consistency, solid process
Visual style expectations (important)
I'm looking for someone who truly understands what I mean by:
- minimalist (not cluttered)
- consistent (respecting brand identity)
- effective (design that drives clicks, not just "pretty")
Must-have qualities
- Fast but clean execution
- Strong attention to detail (Pinterest success is in the details)
- Autonomous: you move forward, you propose, you improve
- Clear and honest communication: if something blocks you, you flag it early
- Longterm mindset: you want to be part of a team, not just a oneoff gig
