- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in engineering management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.- Proven experience within a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Esprit, NX) and familiarity with CNC machining processes.
- Experience with 5 axis milling machines, multi turret mill turns and swiss style lathes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Experience in the aerospace is a plus
