    ObGyn physician job in Arizona :

    This OBGYN position offers the chance to join a Joint Commission-certified, Federally Qualified Health Center. This position offers the potential to transition into a Director role and make a lasting impact on the practice. For over 40 years, this organization has provided quality care and championed community health.

    About the Practice:

    • Join a collegial team with 7 MDs/DOs, 2 Physician Assistants, and 2 Women's Health Nurse Practitioners in a team-based environment
    • This position offers the possibility of transitioning into a Director role with an additional stipend, allowing you to shape the future of the practice
    • Work in a comprehensive healthcare setting, serving over 47,000 patients across 15 clinics

    Opportunity Overview:

    • Enjoy a competitive base salary, generous monthly productivity bonuses (averaging $30-40K after the first year)
      • Full benefits package, signing bonus, and relocation assistance
    • Very strong student loan repayment program is available to assist you financially
    • On-call responsibilities consist of approximately 8-9 calls per month, with rounding on patients the morning after finishing call
    • Deliver at three separate local hospitals, with two offering robotic resources
