    Role Summary:


    Commure and Athelas is looking for a Business Development Specialist to strategically expand our market presence and drive new business opportunities.

    Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the Business Development Team at Commure and Athelas.


    You will focus on sourcing new acquisitions, managing lead pipelines, and aligning our healthcare automation solutions with prospective business needs.

    With a proactive, results-driven, and relationship-focused mindset, you'll be viewed as a crucial bridge connecting Commure/Athelas with potential partners and stakeholders.

    Note this will be an on-site position 5 days a week in Mountain View, CA.

    Responsibilities


    Proactively source new acquisitions through a broad network of investment banks, principal investors, and direct engagement with executive teams and target CEOs.

    Manage and maintain the lead pipeline, ensuring the database is regularly updated with relevant target information.
    Coordinate the setup of data rooms and assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions and investments.
    Align Commure's solutions with the business objectives and needs of prospects, effectively managing and overcoming any objections.
    Collaborate cross-functionally within the company and with external stakeholders to drive new business initiatives.

    Develop expertise in healthcare automation technology, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation, to provide informed insights and solutions to prospects.

    Engage confidently and effectively with prospects at all levels, including CEOs, VPs, and medical professionals, to cultivate new business opportunities.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and/or experience
    Demonstrated natural leadership abilities and experience in a role with a quota and commission compensation structure.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with prospects of all levels.
    Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a strong team player mindset.

    The salary range that Commure reasonably expects to pay for this position is $75,000 - $1100,000.

    Actual salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to:
    location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
