    Do you have HCM system consulting experience and a track record of building strong client relationships? We are looking for a Dayforce Implementation Consultant to join our Dayforce Practice .

    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with internal team and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the Dayforce software
    Write and execute HCM related test case scenarios to validate configuration
    Troubleshoot system issues that occur prior or post implementation
    Analyze client issues and help the team navigate to determine a solution Will relay technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to internal and external teams

    Primary Requirements
    5 or more years of experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) implementations
    A track record of effectively meeting client deliverables during software implementations
    A history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverables
    Proven success communicating with clients and uncovering their needs
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations
    Additional relevant certifications preferred
    Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

    Compensation Range:
    $82,400 - $156,200

    Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
