- Handle incoming calls, assist customers, provide directions, and offer order information.
- Support will-call customers and manage various documentation including Bill of Ladings and Packing Slips.
- Coordinate shipping paperwork and liaise with freight lines for order pickups.
- Complete essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow at the service center.
- Input data into the system for outgoing shipments and provide support to Customer Service Representatives.
- Generate reports, assist in warehouse functions, and communicate with the manufacturing plant for shipment coordination.
- Operate computer systems for sales orders and ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Traffic Department to optimize shipment costs.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned and prioritize safety and quality programs.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 1 year prior office-related work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze data and work effectively in a team.
- Ability to interpret documents, operate a computer, and follow safety protocols.
- Available Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, occasional weekends based on workload.
