    Essential Functions:
    Gather, track, and analyze Quality KPI data.

    Manage the tracking of Customer and Supplier Scorecards.

    Assist with the timed improvement of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.

    Review key product and process documentation ensuring customer requirements have been accurately transferred down through operator instructions.

    Manage process improvement and projects related to quality processes improvements.

    Participate in the design, development and testing of new and existing products and equipment.

    Drive improvement in customer complaint handling using the 8D process.

    Conduct ongoing analyses of products and processes to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

    Work with operations to drive towards the divisional scrap goal.

    Perform Statistical and Root Cause Analysis.

    Participate in other quality activities as assigned.

    Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering or related field

    Incoming Junior or Senior preferred with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0

    Excellent mechanical aptitude

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data

    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.

    Excellent time management skills and project management abilities

    Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

    Proficient in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.

    Ability to accurately read prints, specifications, procedures, FMEAs, and control plans

    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

    Experience with quality management systems is a plus

    Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes is a plus

    Must be able to move freely, with or without accommodation, throughout the manufacturing environment
