Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, medical provider support, and administrative assistance to ensure high-quality patient care.
Prepare patients for healthcare visits with excellent customer service.
Review and update medical history.
Obtain vital signs and assess patient scores.
Schedule patient appointments and maintain electronic health records.
Assist with prescription management and communicate with pharmacies.
Collect urine samples and conduct necessary laboratory tests.
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold operational standards.
Complete other assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications

This position requires a background check. We welcome applicants with arrest and conviction records and evaluate them accordingly. High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in a medical office. Completion of a Medical Assistant, EMT, or CNA program is preferred. BLS certification is required within 90 days of employment. Candidates must have compassion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with diverse groups.
