    • Responsible for implementing and meeting the strategic goals and objectives of the company pertaining to assigned clinic productivity and revenue.
    • Develops and maintains an understanding of allergens, the allergic response, the UAS clinical protocols and the features and benefits of immunotherapy. Understands and articulates the features and benefits, for services offered to patients. Acts as an allergy expert for physician and staff in assigned clinic.
    • Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the immunotherapy processes to include the administration of quality allergy testing, and the formulation and preparation of the allergy medication. Provide family centered patient care that is developmentally and age appropriate, compassionate, and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health.
    • Responsible for educating patients on administering injections with the medication.
    • Ensure patients' progress by monitoring following up with the patient and ensuring medication is picked up on a timely basis. Complete all appropriate paperwork and that insurance eligibility is verified for each patient prior to test and immunotherapy as appropriate.
    • Responsible for the handling and submission of all billing documentation to the appropriate office.
    • Responsible for the maintenance and security of inventory levels. Ensures that inventory is ordered and received as required by policy.
    • As a leader in the field organization, the Senior CAS provides regional support in the following ways: supporting the Clinical Liaison team with new hire training, implementations, cases, and quality assurance follow up; piloting new processes and approaches; acting as a lead advocate for patient education; serving on various functional councils; assisting field managers on team calls.
    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
    Required Competencies

    Education Completed:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3 years of experience in a health related environment.


    Background & Expertise:
    1)

    Consistently high performer:

    ranked 3 or above on last annual performance review, no corrective actions in last 12 months, demonstrates behaviors that are consistent with and enhance the RISE UP values, lives the mission, demonstrates exceptional capabilities to manage their individual clinic and metrics.

    2)

    Tenure: 12 months preferred.

    The Senior CAS role, as it is described in this section, provides the opportunity for a CAS, to take on a leadership position as the senior teammate in the field.


    Applicable Experience:
    The states of New Jersey and Connecticut require a LPN certification. Nebraska requires Medication Aide.

    Computer Literacy:
    Intermediate to advanced level competence with MS Office and database software.
