Job Description

This is an hourly role that requires availability to work at least 3 days a week with weekend shifts. Responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional customer service to every person who visits our stores
Following up with customers through clienteling and email correspondence
Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information and inviting individuals to trial our products
Developing and maintaining in-depth product knowledge and expertise
Maintaining the visual integrity of the store space
Creating and processing in-store sales
Receiving and processing inventory replenishments
Assisting with setting up and executing community programs and events
Recording and relaying recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people
Strong written and oral communication skills
An effective problem-solving approach with attention to detail
A genuine interest in our company's core mission and values
A positive attitude and ability to take on tasks with enthusiasm
The ability to lift 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the day
Proficiency in Mac and Google Suite (a plus)
