Dit is de rol voor jou MI-GSO-PCUBED is op zoek naar een gepassioneerde en communicatieve PMO/Project Control consultant om ons team te versterken en onze betrokkenheid in Nederland te ondersteunen. Deze functie is op locatie en vereist enige verplaatsingen naar klanten in Hengelo.

Wie we zijn
MI-GSO-PCUBED (MP) is een internationaal adviesbureau gespecialiseerd in PMO en projectbeheersing. Wij zijn een wereldwijd team van ongeveer 3.500 deskundige consultants die actief zijn in Europa, Noord-Amerika, Azië en Australië. Wij werken in sectoren als de lucht- en ruimtevaart, de automobielsector, het spoor, defensie, energie, financiële dienstverlening, telecommunicatie, technologie en media en de publieke sector. Wij ondersteunen dagelijks de grootste industriële, institutionele en financiële bedrijven bij het uitvoeren van hun R&D-, IT- en transformatieprojecten en -programma's... en we zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde persoon die bereid is om bij ons te leren als PMO Consultant.

Wat ga je doen
Als PMO-consultant bij MP bent u verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en beheren van de PMO om het project te controleren en de uitvoering ervan te garanderen in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen op het gebied van kwaliteit, kosten en levertijd (QCD). Zorg voor projectcontrole door planningen te respecteren, deadlines te optimaliseren en interfaces te controleren. U zult governance moeten opzetten om de projectoplevering te versnellen en zo de prestaties van het PMO te verbeteren. Enkele van uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden kunnen het volgende omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot:

Bouwen en borgen van consistentie van de structurele elementen van het projectcontrolesysteem: WBS/CBS/OBS.

Implementeren en uitvoeren van projectgovernance.

Inrichten en beheren van het projectplanningssysteem.

Zorgen voor de tijdelijke organisatie van het werk en de leveringen van belanghebbenden, inclusief onderaanneming/toeleveringsketen, om de projectdoelstellingen te bereiken.

Als consultant wordt u gemotiveerd door de tevredenheid van uw klanten en de uitmuntende dienstverlening. Je kunt in teamverband werken en je aanpassen aan nieuwe omgevingen. Je vertegenwoordigt ons merk bij klanten en de materialen die we leveren, bereiden je voor op het ondersteunen van onze toewijding.

WHO ARE YOU?
Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma. Voor deze rol zijn we op zoek naar iemand met 3-5 jaar bewezen ervaring met het implementeren van PMO's in verschillende industrieën. U moet blijk geven van uitzonderlijk leiderschap, communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Wij willen zien dat jij houdt van aanpassingsvermogen, flexibiliteit en uitdaging.
