    Job Title

    A Business Development Representative (BDR) opportunity exists at Adeptia, a leading provider of automated business-to-business (B2B) data connectivity and integration solutions.

    About the Role

    This is a remote position based in the United States, with primary responsibility for supporting the enterprise sales team. The successful candidate will be part of our rapidly growing Go-To-Market Team and will have opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business through outbound outreach and relationship-building with current customers and prospects.
    • Conduct cold calls and emails to generate new meetings and relationships.
    • Schedule initial discovery and qualification meetings for the Enterprise sales team.
    • Cross-functionally collaborate with other GTM teams, including Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

    Requirements:

    • An innate curiosity to learn and adapt to new situations.
    • A willingness to engage in cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a lead generation role at a startup or similar environment.
    • Motivation to grow into an Enterprise Account Executive position or BDR Manager.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
