    Hershey, PA is home to a unique and rewarding career opportunity for married couples seeking a fulfilling role as full-time houseparents. This dynamic duo will provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for students living in on-campus student homes.

    As houseparents, you'll play a vital role in creating a structured family-like environment that fosters academic growth, emotional development, and social well-being among the students.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Providing daily supervision and mentorship
    A typical day involves engaging with students through activities such as driving them to events or planning developmental programs.

    The unique aspect of this job lies in its flexibility – although Flex Houseparents are required to work nine consecutive days followed by three days off during initial training period , they eventually transition into Placed Houseparent roles where they reside with their assigned group of students throughout school year .
