    Your Role + Campaign Execution:
    Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in Marketo, including email, webinars, events, and lead nurturing programs, adhering to established timelines and quality standards

    + Data Management:

    Oversee data hygiene and governance practices within Marketo, including list segmentation, deduplication, and database maintenance, to uphold data quality and compliance standards

    + Reporting and Analytics:

    Generate and analyze reports on email performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making

    + Process Optimization:

    Continuously assess and refine marketing automation processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives

    + Integration Management:

    Manage integrations between Marketo and our Mar-tech stack, (e.g. personalization, scoring) to ensure seamless data flow and alignment across platforms.

    What You Will Bring + Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally with experience in Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform.

    + Experience with campaign execution + Experience with Salesforce is a plus + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams + Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

    + Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. + Marketo certification is a plus. + Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is preferred but not required.
