    Medical Records – Greensboro, NC

    We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Medical Records/Supplies unit. This is an opportunity to work in a recently renovated, 134-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. The Medical Records/Supplies Coordinator is responsible for management, coordination, recording, updating, and monitoring of all clinical documentation as well as maintaining inventories and ordering of Medical Supplies.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

    • Knowledge of ICD-9 coding (required)
    • Experience in Medical Records
    • Prefer experience in Long Term Care Regulations
    • Team Player with strong multi-tasking skills
    • Experienced in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Ability to organize and prioritize
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
    • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
