Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP QM Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Quality Management solutions for our clients across various industries, with a focus on regulated sectors such as life sciences and manufacturing.

• Lead SAP QM configuration and support activities in implementation and enhancement projects
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials for SAP QM modules
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose optimal QM solutions
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with technical teams to resolve problems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in QM processes
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Provide expert guidance on SAP QM best practices and industry trends to clients and team members
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and deliverables

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP QM implementation, extension, or support projects
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP QM processes, including inspection processes, sampling, batch management, quality notifications, and quality certificates
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP QM and related modules (MM, PP, WM)
• Experience working in life sciences sector
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• SAP QM certification preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
• Legal right to work in the U.S. required
