    Quality Assurance Specialist - New Brunswick, United States - HEPCO

    Description

    As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be assigned to work closely with our client's management team to establish and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control measures for their Energy Efficiency Programs. Your primary responsibilities will include running Excel-based exception reports to identify discrepancies, conducting comprehensive reviews of project documentation, and presenting findings to management. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing recommendations for future Quality Assurance initiatives.

    • Collaborate with our client's management to define Quality Assurance/Quality Control parameters for Energy Efficiency Programs.
    • Utilize Excel-based exception reports to identify discrepancies in project documentation and data.
    • Conduct thorough Quality Control reviews on a sample of projects within the program portfolio.
    • Report findings and trends to our client's management.
    • Develop and deliver presentations to management outlining findings and recommendations.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing Quality Assurance processes.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Ability to manage a high volume of invoice, workbook, database, and documentation reviews.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Proficient problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude.
    • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and database programs.

    Experience & Education (Desirable):

    • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
    • 1-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.
