We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer for the molding and bonding processes in the opening of the brand new STS facility near Salem, Virginia in the Roanoke, VA area.
The Process Engineer will work closely with a launch team from our France, Mexico and Michigan locations to assure a successful process in the manufacturing of class A surfaces for heavy trucks.

Follow the installation and setting of equipment and peripherals in the newly STS Salem plant to get full equipment knowledgeAnalyze defects & problems (quality, safety, environment, OEE inefficiencies) and propose action plan with possible solutions to managerWelcome, train and support new operators while making good quality productsEnsure daily the proper functioning of the equipment and the proper use of this by the operatorsProvide feedback through lessons learned and participates in machinery / equipment / product continuous improvement activities
