This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce customization, hands-on exposure to AI/ML capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
Develop advanced customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, and declarative automation.
Contribute to AI/ML initiatives by leveraging Salesforce Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning models to enhance platform capabilities.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize data models, integrations, and system performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Support deployment activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure successful solution delivery.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI innovations, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation tools.
Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts with practical experience implementing AI-driven Salesforce features (Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive models).
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and generative AI capabilities.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.
Familiarity with MuleSoft, Python, or data engineering tools.
Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
