    Join our team as a senior member of Macquarie Credit's US Investment Solutions and Strategy (ISS).

    In this role you will operate in a team with a strong people and client-centric culture and be in a position to drive the growth of a successful business through client interactions and strategic business initiatives.

    What role will you play?Partnering with our global distribution teams, you be responsible for the creation and implementation of our product and distribution strategies while driving product innovation, identifying investment trends and themes, and developing/enhancing our product suite.

    You will present our capabilities and outlook in one-on-one meetings and to broader audiences with a goal of raising assets and retaining our existing business.

    You will be the senior support to the team lead in the overall management of ISS and work closely with Credit's senior leaders to establish business strategies aligned with Credit's ambitious business growth goals, and take the lead on internal projects that drive strategic initiatives.


    What you offer:
    Relevant leadership and technical experience in the funds management industry with a strong passion for investments and credit.
    Investment savvy with an ability to be technical but also simplify complex concepts.
    Confident presenter with the ability to read the room and connect with an audience and build strong relationships.

    Ability to travel domestically, depending on client activity.
