The Human Resources (HR) Intern will collaborate with global Industrial Solutions Americas.
Essential Duties:
+ Support and prepare materials, documents, presentations related to enhance employee satisfaction by completing the following:
+ Create and evaluate survey results for global employees
+ Prepare HR communications/campaigns/events globally
+ Benchmark other locations best practices for employee satisfaction
+ Consolidate information gathered
+ Prepare, monitor, analyze critical location KPIs
+ Innovative ideas to improve KPIs
+ Participate, coordinate, and support the Global HR meetings
+ Other duties, as assigned

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in data analytics, engineering, or similar
+ Must be at least sophomore standing
+ Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
+ Able to work a minimum of 24+ hours or more per week during normal business hours (Monday-Friday)
+ Able to commute to our Fairlawn, OH ContiTech HQs 3 days/week (Monday-Friday)
+ Excellent communication, writing, and speaking skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
+ Able to prepare and create desirable videos
+ Curiosity to learn new things
+ Willingness to travel up to 5%
+ Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
