- Utilize the nursing process for thorough patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Recognize signs and symptoms of changes in the patient's condition both physiologically and psychologically.
- Analyze data from healthcare team members, interpret information, and document nursing diagnoses.
- Document the care plan, including nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions.
- Conduct interventions based on priorities, care plans, hospital policies, and care outcome standards.
- Adjust care plans based on evaluations, changes in medical plans, and effectiveness of interventions.
- Exercise clinical judgment to meet patient care needs efficiently, setting priorities.
- Fulfill other assigned duties as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the relevant state.
- Current Health Certificate as per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulations.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray certification.
- Valid BLS card.
- Ideally, one year of prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
