• Right now we are searching for Accounting Specialist to join our roster and ready to assist with any area of accounting.

• Perform various accounts payable tasks including: Invoice input, Vendor Management, 3-way matching.
• Perform various accounts receivable tasks including: payment research, payment corrections, payment allocation, and collections.
• Gather reports on accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts
• Assist with month end closing duties and direct annual audits
• Assist with performing audits and ensure adherence to standard requirements
• Ensure that all financial data is secure and complies with confidentiality policies

Commonly Preferred Qualifications for Accounting Specialist roles:

• Associates Degree in accounting or 2-3 years of Accounting related experience
• Knowledge of Excel: Data Entry, Vlookups, and Pivot Tables (always a plus)
• Knowledge of various accounting software and willingness to learn new software
• Exceptional communication skills
• Positive Attitude
• Detail Oriented
• Stellar interpersonal skills
