    Clearance:
    Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance required and current within the last five years


    Work Location:
    Huntsville, Alabama


    Work Schedule:
    Monday through Friday onsite (Regular Full-time)


    Work Authorization:
    United States (Required)

    Position Summary


    The Industrial Security Analyst will be the on-site Program Security Analyst responsible for coordinating, synchronizing, and assisting with administrating security matters, including Program Protection, Information Safeguards, and Acquisition/Industrial Security functions.

    The Industrial Security Analyst will p rovide assistance, classification guidance, recommendations, and security support to internal and external government, military, and industry teams, ensuring compliance with protection strategies for multi-security level programs.

    You


    must have a current Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance required and current within the last five years and be willing to work onsite in Restone Arsenal, Alabama.


    Duties Include:
    Evaluate SBIR/STTR Agency contracts for business risk

    Develop, update, and/or implement the approved Contract Security Classification Specification (i.e., DD Form 254) for classified requirements.

    Advise the customer on recommendations for updating, revising, and improving department-level security policies, procedures, and systems.

    Author, revise, and maintain protection strategies for existing programs and new starts.

    Coordinate with Program SMEs to develop and identify Critical Program Information, Critical Components, and Critical Functions, along with countermeasures to be employed for documentation within the program protection plan,

    Coordinate with the appropriate organizations to document, implement, and monitor horizontal protection measures for the Critical Program Information.

    Coordinate with DCSA and/or appropriate offices to participate in Industrial Security compliance reviews/inspections.

    Position Qualifications

    Must have an understanding of complex weapon systems.

    BA/BS degree relevant to the Security/CI fields preferred

    Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project

    CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required

    Must have an active passport

    Available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand

    Excellent briefing and technical writing skills

    Impeccable customer service skills

    Read, speak, and understand the English language fluently

    Expert experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools and systems, including Access, Excel, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint

    Complete a security screening interview

    Must maintain clearance, and eligibility throughout employment

    Must meet client suitability
