Job description
ANG SIGNAL is looking for an AI/Machine Learning Specialist to join our team supporting the federal government. In this role, the candidate will join a team that works on the development and deployment of AI-based projects.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with popular machine learning frameworks and be proficient in utilizing AI-assisted applications and tools to streamline project workflows, enhance decision-making processes, and improve operational efficiencies.

Development and deployment of AI-based projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
Work within project timelines and budgets to use resources effectively, consistently delivering high-quality AI solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI project objectives, success metrics, and KPIs, ensuring projects delivered tangible business value
Implement data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex AI and machine learning concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Attend status and projects meetings to discuss, schedule, prioritize tasks, and progress of projects
Collaborate with a team of highly-skilled and experienced engineers and developers
Review customer satisfaction feedback and use constructive feedback as learning tools
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Hands-on experience with common AI assistance tools, AWS Machine Learning and Sagemaker preferred
Hands-on experience with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., Gemini, TensorFlow, Keras) for developing predictive models and deep learning applications
Knowledge of how to utilize AI-assisted applications and tools to streamline project workflows, enhance decision-making processes, and improve operational efficiencies.
Personal drive, and ability to see projects through to executionStrong organizational skills
Possesses strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
This is a hybrid position that will require time on-site in Silver Spring, MD.
