    We are growing fast and looking to add to our Product team. This position is full-time and remote within the US.
    As a Sr.

    Product Manager for the Company Admin team, you will play a pivotal part in HackerRank's mission to "Accelerate the World's Innovation".

    Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of millions of developers as you expand the platform for them to showcase their skills and get hired.

    You will own functionality that governs the management of users, roles, content, licenses, and audit logs, which are used by every HackerRank customer.

    You will propose the strategy to improve these experiences for our customers. You will also partner with our Marketing team on the self-serve sign-up experience, improving the conversion of that funnel.

    You will be working on:
    Proposing and executing the Company Admin Team strategy for HackerRank products, by doing the following:

    Discover & Prioritize:
    Interact with customers and stakeholders, and build the roadmap based on business impact

    Design, Build, and Ship:
    In collaboration with the Engineering Lead and UX Designer, craft a detailed plan for each major enhancement.

    Write epics and user stories to capture requirements; work with engineers who will develop the solution and ship to production.


    Enable:
    Create videos, slides and documentation and lead internal sessions to train our customer-facing teams. Empower these teams to pitch to prospects, implement with new customers and educate/support existing customers.

    Measure Impact and Drive Adoption:
    Use quantitative and qualitative data to understand if and how customers are experiencing positive outcomes. Promote further adoption by replicating these successful experiences with other customers.

    We are looking for:

    3-5 years of Product Management experience working with software teams, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.

    Experience working on:
    User management systems utilizing role-based access controls
    Content permission systems

    Proven track record of communicating, partnering, and managing expectations with large enterprise customers

    Current base salary range:
    $140,000

    to

    $160,000

    . Exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered. Salary range does not include other compensation components, commission (for sales related roles), bonuses, or benefits that you may be eligible for.

    Salary may be adjusted based on business needs.
