Title:
Front of House Team Lead
JOB PURPOSE
The role of a Team Lead is to ensure top-quality hospitality is delivered to our guests as well as to support the team.
SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
No direct reports. However, this role will assist in supervising the Front of House management team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper daily operations of the bar including but not limited to product control, guest engagement, health, and hygiene, quality control, etc.
Organize and supervise shifts
Assist in daily staff formation, as well as training, and ongoing development
See that work is carried out in a way that minimizes risks to the health and safety of both employees and guests, as well as ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Facilitate communication between guests, bar staff, supervisors, and managers
Be responsive to all guest requests and concerns
Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
Perform other duties as requested by management
Additional projects may be assigned to this position to assist the company leadership on major initiatives, as deemed necessary
Additional Information:
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a good level of stamina and mobility
Work schedule varies and will include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends and requires standing and/or walking for extended periods both indoors and outdoors
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in high-temperature environments for extended periods of time
Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
Outstanding communication skills, and experience working with the staff at all levels.
Familiarity with safety & sanitation, along with industry best practices.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and downstairs.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance.
