    Real Estate Agent

    IMAGINE growing a big business for yourself inside of a powerful team. Our TOP Real Estate team is offering opportunities for Real Estate Agent positions. No prior Real Estate experience is needed. Need to get your real estate License? No Problem We offer FREE Real Estate School with no strings attached.

    We will set you up for success by providing you with high-performance training, proven systems and outstanding administrative support. Our team culture and environment allows committed and motivated person to operate in their strength zone and maximize their growth and earnings.

    The ideal candidate will be great with people, positive, detail-oriented, motivated, a good communicator, responsible, and committed to growing in a learning-based environment.

    The Real estate Agent works with Home Buyers and Sellers helping them to identify and purchase or sell homes. We will teach you how to work with clients at a high level and help them reach their dream homes. While this position requires you to have a real estate license prior to working with clients, we are happy to talk if you are considering a career change and are willing to get your license. We offer Free Real Estate School.

    Compensation is Commission based. Part-time and full time options are available

    Essential duties, responsibilities, requirements

    • Consults with Buyers and Sellers
    • Oversee all aspects of purchase transactions from initial contract to home purchase or sale
    • Negotiating for buyers and sellers
    • Prospect for new business
    • High availability and flexibility to accommodate client schedules
    • Ability to determine clients needs and educate them in the home purchasing or sale process
