PTP ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. - Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (M&E)Job Requirements:
Degree
in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Preferably 1 to 3 years of working experience in designs, supervisions and implementation of building services installations.
Experience in engineering consultancy or construction industry would be an added advantage.
Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
Job Roles:
Designs of mechanical or electrical engineering service for building projects.
Prepare tender documents, call tenders, evaluate tender returns and recommend tender awards.
Project management, coordination, supervisions, testing and commissioning for installations of M&E engineering services during construction phases. This includes reviewing shop drawings, progress claims and variation claims.
Engage in discussions with relevant authorities for preparations and submissions of plans.
Attend meetings with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Manage project through defined project scopes, detailed project plans & seek client's agreements for sign-off.
Track project status and provide regular updates to ensure projects are on track.
