A global healthcare software development client is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team.

The Business Intelligence Analyst identifies business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs and is responsible for understanding how data is turned into information and knowledge that supports and enables key business processes.

Day to Day:

• Designs, develops, and supports business intelligence solutions across the organization
• Leads the work stream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing, and delivery of BI solutions
• Interprets business requirements and determines optimum Business Intelligence solutions
• Provides input to business requirements for the design of solutions
• Builds and manages daily reports and dashboards showing the health of key business metrics across platforms and various groups, including product management, executives, marketing, or sales
• Develops dashboards, forecasts, organization wide 'views', and custom reports to provide visibility and insight into trends, challenges, and opportunities

• THIS IS REQUIRED-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or a healthcare related field (Master's Degree preferred) 5 7 years of reporting and analytics experience in Business Intelligence-Experience communicating with clients on requirements as necessary Experience reading requirements documents Experience authoring and editing SQL scripts to select and retrieve data Experience using Tableau for reporting (experience building custom reports) Unit testing experienceNice to Have Skills & Experience-JiraBenefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
