    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Madden's is an award-winning resort, located on more than 1,000 acres, that anticipates the wishes and desires of vacationers and offers them fantastic golf, upscale dining, lakeside spa, tennis, activity programs for children, biking, shopping, and art gallery with painting classes and almost every kind of on-the-water recreation possible in Minnesota, including fishing. Madden's has distinguished itself by an emphasis on gracious hospitality, quality, and diversity. Our philosophy is simply to provide the best that Minnesota has to offer. Madden's is currently seeking year-round Cooks for The Classic Grill. This position offers a flexible schedule with both Part-Time and Full time year-round shifts available

    **$800 signing bonus available**

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepares Fish, Steak, Pork and other food products in accordance with production plan or forecast needs.
    • Wraps, dates, and rotates food items.
    • Utilizes whole food products eliminating any waste.
    • Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
    • Alerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
    • Requisitions inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production.
    • Ensures proper storage of food items.
    • Assists the Dishwasher with any cleaning duties when needed.
    • Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
    • Helps load and unload supplies and products.
    • Regular and reliable attendance
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Good multi-tasking skills
    • Great time management skills.
    • Must be able to work alongside other people and independently.
