WHO YOU ARE...
As a Mortgage Loan Post Closing Shipper, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely shipping of closed mortgage loan files to investors, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with investor guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of loan files and ensuring a smooth and efficient post-closing process.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

**Loan File Review:** Thoroughly review closed loan files to ensure all necessary documents are included and properly executed.

**Compliance:** Ensure all documents meet investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

**Shipping:** Prepare and ship complete loan packages to investors, maintaining detailed records of shipments.

**Communication:** Liaise with investors, internal departments, and third-party vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.

**Documentation:** Maintain organized and accurate records of all post-closing activities and shipped loan files.

**Quality Control:** Conduct quality control checks on loan files to identify and rectify any errors before shipping.

**Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve post-closing issues, working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely resolution.

**Reporting:** Prepare and submit regular reports on post-closing activities, including shipping status, exceptions, and resolutions.

IDEALLY, YOU'LL HAVE...

**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage post-closing, shipping, or a related role.

**Knowledge:** Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

**Skills:**

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in mortgage software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Certifications:** Mortgage-related certifications are a plus.

Compensation Range: $60,000-$70,000
