We take pride in building strong partnerships with clients and candidates—and we're growing Our new Islandia, NY branch is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Branch Manager to lead and grow our local operations.
Position Summary
As the Branch Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, mentor your team, drive sales and recruiting efforts, and ensure exceptional service to clients and associates.
Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will be key in serving a diverse workforce and client base.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage branch staff, including recruiters and administrative support.
Recruit, onboard, and place qualified candidates across a variety of industries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth.
Manage daily operations, including payroll, compliance, and reporting.
Monitor KPIs and branch performance metrics; develop strategies for improvement.
Ensure high service standards and resolve any client or associate issues promptly.
Represent Epic at job fairs, networking events, and in the local community.
Qualifications
Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
Strong sales and client service background.
Proven ability to lead a team and exceed performance goals.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and staffing compliance (preferred).
