    CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Sociologist to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program

    What You'll Get To Do:

    Integrate human considerations into the engineering of systems


    Deal with the application of information on physical and psychological characteristics to the design of devices and systems for human use, with the objective to reduce total ownership cost while optimizing total mission performance

    Conduct integrated and comprehensive analysis, design and assessment of requirements, concepts and resources across seven domains of manpower, personnel, training, human factors engineering, habitability, survivability, and environment, occupational health and safety You'll Bring These Qualifications:


    Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance


    3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree


    Performs all functional duties independently

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

    Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas


    Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment


    Knowledge of the Sponsor's organization, mission, and partners
