Samsung Field Sales Manager - Plattsburgh

Samsung is seeking a Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team.
This position is responsible for driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conducting product training to build product knowledge, and improving shoppers' purchase journey to drive sell-out results.
+Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
Necessary Skills And Attributes
- Demonstrates exceptional self-motivation and the ability to work independently,
consistently meeting and exceeding expectations without the need for daily supervision. - Proven track record of taking initiative,
manging time effectively,
delivering results autonomously.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with
a strong understanding of retail dynamics,
consumer behaviors,and handle time-sensitive & confidential business information.
Ability to adjust & pivot in a dynamic environment
& demonstrate mental & business agility - Skillful communicator with excellent presentation skills
to effectively train & influence retail employees,
maintain strong relationships with key partners,
& engage customers
