    The selected candidate will be offered a rewarding opportunity to provide essential administrative support to the Deputy Commissioner and their office. This role plays a vital part in managing complex schedules, serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners, and ensuring seamless administrative management.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Deputy Commissioner, including preparing agendas, taking notes/minutes, and highlighting next steps.
    • Schedule and Meeting Coordination: Manage intricate calendars, schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, handle correspondences (email, inter-office mail) efficiently.



    To succeed in this position,

    • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
    • Two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities related to the duties described above
    nYou may also consider alternative qualifications that demonstrate equivalent education or experience.
    The ideal candidate should possess superb problem-solving skills.
