    • Respecting individuals and encouraging developmentThis is a part time supervisor role in our Palo Alto retail store, reporting to the Store ManagerWHAT YOU WILL DO Supervise daily operations and guest experience.
    Ensure store metrics align with core values. Support training, code of conduct, and policies.


    Responsibilities include:


    Managing day-to-day operationsAssisting customers through education and demonstrationsEmbodying brand and valuesHandling retail transactionsStocking products and helping with deliveriesMaintaining clean store appearanceCollaborating for a positive guest shopping experienceWHO YOU ARE Requirements for this role:Strong communication skills and a customer service mindsetPatience, kindness, and dependabilityQuick and action-orientedContinuous learning, including learning new technologyPassionate about sustainability and the outdoorsFlexible with schedules that may shift based on season and business needsPrior retail/guest service experience preferredABOUT USSince 1960, Fjallraven has connected people to nature.
