    The Role

    Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Quality, the primary goal of the Program Manager is to ensure cost savings opportunities and that operation efficiency efforts for greater cohesion among business areas will be met.

    The Program Manager will serve as the liaison to Quality and Patient Experience leaders across the hospitals and ambulatory medical groups.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities


    Design and implement an operating cost center reconciliation process to ensure expenses align with budget and enterprise priorities.



    Design a process that better aligns financial inputs with programmatic outputs to enable the leadership team to better understand their ROI.


    Create multi-year models and make key assumptions to ensure sustainability.


    Recommend areas for cost savings and operational efficiencies utilizing an in-depth understanding of the work.


    Provide ad-hoc financial reporting to Vice Presidents and Chiefs as needed.


    Position will manage all Vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing.
    Qualifications:

    Qualifications


    Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Finance preferred


    Three to Five Years of demonstrated experience with fiscal responsibilities required


    Proven experience building analytical tools to monitor expenses to budget
