    Job Description

    Renesas is seeking a highly motivated professional with exceptional leadership & analytical skills to join us as a Senior Staff Financial Analyst supporting a division of the Power Products Group.

    The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, experienced, and highly analytical individual. This individual will partner with the division GM & teams to achieve goals, will analyze and report financial and operational results, monitor performance & recommend improvements, and lead the financial planning and forecasting processes.

    Responsibilities:
    • Power Division budget and forecast planning and control, working closely with Division GM & team.
    • Monthly & Quarterly monitoring (period end close, forecast/actual variance analysis, landing estimates, inventory, and KPI progress, etc.)
    • Develop annual operating plans & monthly forecasts.
    • Create & maintain financial models & supporting analysis.
    • Preparation of reporting materials for management reviews.
    • Improvement of FP&A operations, ad-hoc requests, etc.
    Qualifications
    • MBA/CPA preferred
    • Minimum 8 years of FP&A/Accounting-related experience
    • High proficiency user of financial tools & systems such as Oracle EPM, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
    • High energy, motivated individual, able to think creatively and quickly with minimal direction and information.
    • Strong business and analytical skills; ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment.
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, experience, and desire to work cross-functionally and be a contributing team member.
    • Demonstrate success in supporting global organizations.
    • Experience in the semiconductor industry desired
