Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. This role involves collaboration with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN will demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge, utilizing age and population-specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education, and various other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

Requirements

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.

Compensation

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Generous sign-on bonus opportunity available.
